This 2600 sf raised ranch style model home is complete with 3 bedrooms on the main floor and two bedrooms on the lower level that really maximizes all of the living space.
Quality is BK Cornerstones #1 concern, which is why Mirage 4" wide hardwood flooring was used in the living room, dining room, kitchen and hall. Mirage Platinum 4" Yellow Birch also fit the key design features that the BK designers were looking for.
To complement the Mirage Platinum charcoal colour hardwood, we installed the gorgeous DalTile Emblem Grey featuring a herringbone installation pattern, in the front entrance and lower Laundry room.
The two bathrooms also complement the Mirage hardwood with a polished porcelain 12x24" in a gorgeous charcoal marbling from Olympia Tile, called Carrara X. This tile looks amazing in this home, perfectly installed with a 1/3rd stagger pattern.
All 5 bedrooms, the stairs and basement living room feature the ultra thick and plush Dream Weaver Masquerade Carpet, colour Praline Frost, installed with premium underpad. Praline Frost corresponds perfectly with all the other flooring selections in this model home.
Finally the feature backsplash is the Olympia Chevron Dove Grey that looks incredible on top of and below the beautiful white Windmill Cabinets. This backsplash is certainly the focal point of the main level and literally pulls all of the colour and design features of the entire home together.
