This Ewald Homes custom ranch is complete with a finished basement creating 2400sf of designer living space. The flooring choices in this Legacy Estates home were on point. Featuring 6.5” wide plank, wire-brushed, engineered hickory, Ontario made, designed and created. Enhanced from Superior Hardwood Floors on the main level.
The en-suite features a barrier free floor to shower transition, complete using Sarana Tile from the Memory collection along with its corresponding mosaic for the shower floor. The custom shower walls feature a simple whiter 4”x16” white subway that again corresponds perfectly with the interior and exterior design of the home.
The laundry room has some flair featuring one of our designer tiles from MSI Stone titled Kenzi Zoudia. Across from the laundry room we find the main bathroom, that captures the feel of the entire main level design featuring our 2” white hex tile. We continued the simple white look in the tub surround that shows “Alchima” our most exciting white subway tile that offers a unique chiseled look on a elongated tile. We also see this very unique subway tile installed on a stagger pattern in the kitchen on the backsplash.

The upper level custom vanity is blue in colour, so it was important to our clients that the floor in this bathroom was slightly toned down from that of the tiles in the back entrance, powder & laundry room, that being said the Olympia Tile White Hex provides a very unique subtle look that corresponds with the custom vanity and the entire interior design scheme that our clients were looking for.

Moving into the basement or “man cave” a floating LVP was the perfect option. Opus Floors Magic colour Thoroughwood seemed to fit perfectly in the main living space.

The “man cave” bathroom has to be one the nicest of bathrooms that shows a dark 8” hex on the floor, black penny tile on the shower floor, and stunning simple bright white subways on the shower walls and ceiling with contrasting black grout, that looks absolutely stunning!
